No dirty dishes are involved, and it is very convenient.

The drawback of manually shaking your protein powder is that it can be a clumpy shake. If you do not shake for a long enough time. or make some other mistake when mixing your protein shake

So if protein smoothies are your thing, then bust out that blender.

But it does leave you with a few drawbacks to consider.
